In order to meet your campus dining needs, we have designed the following meal plans for the 2012 - 2013 academic year. If you need to purchase a meal plan, or if you would like to make a change to the plan you have already selected, simply contact the Marshall ID Office for commuter meal plans or Housing & Resisdent Life for resident meal plans.
Plan Options
Unlimited Meal Plan w/ $250.00 flex - $1909 ( no cash equivalency)
Unlimited Meal Plan w/ $150.00 flex - $1809 ( no cash equivalency)
Unlimited Meal Plan w/ $50.00 flex - $1709 ( no cash equivalency)
This option offers students unlimited continuous dining throughout the week during the scheduled hours at Harless Dining Hall or Towers Marketplace AND $250, $150, or $50 in Flex dollars per semester for personal or guest use in the following locations: MSC Food Court, All Campus Coffee Shops, Smith Hall Simply to Go, and MU Campus Express.
Recommended for: students who like to dine as often as they wish. All Freshman Students are required to participate in this meal plan option.

15 Meals per Week Plan w/ $200 flex - $1823
15 Meals per Week Plan w/$100 flex - $1723
15 Meals per Week Plan - $1623
This option offers students 15 meals of continuous dining throughout the week during the scheduled hours of operation at Harless Dining Hall or Towers Marketplace where any combination of meals may be used but must not exceed 15 meals per week; PLUS…cash equivalency can be used at the MSC Food Court for Lunch and Dinner. Breakfast cash equivalency is available at all campus coffee shops.

10 Meals per WeekPlan - $1304
This plan offers students ten meals per week of continuous dining during the scheduled hours of operation at Harless Dining Hall or Towers Marketplace where any combination of meals may be used but must not exceed 10 meals per week; PLUS…cash equivalency can be used at the MSC Food Court for Lunch and Dinner. Breakfast cash equivalency is available at all campus coffee shops.

Commuter Meal Plans are available in increments of 20, 30, and 50 meals. Each commuter plan includes $50 Flex Dollars to be used in any campus dining venue. PLUS…cash equivalency can be used at the MSC Food Court for Lunch and Dinner. Breakfast cash equivalency is available at all campus coffee shops.

When requested to do so by authorized university personnel, students must present their Marshall University Campus identification card. Authorized university personnel include, but are not limited to, any staff member of the residence halls or food service, MUPD and security. Campus I.D. cards may be used only by the student whose name
appears on the card.
Meals and/or meal plans are nontransferable. Any alteration or misuse of university identification cards is prohibited and subject to disciplinary action. Your student ID card must be presented for each meal. Meal cards cannot be used by anyone but the purchaser. Any violation of the I.D. Card Use policy will be subject to university disciplinary action.
Problems with I.D. Cards should be directed
to the I.D. Office in the basement of the
Memorial Student Center.
Lost or stolen Meal Cards can be replaced. Should this happen to you call the Marshall ID office at (304) 696-6843. We are not resposible for meals lost due to lost or stolen Meal Cards. Please report lost or stolen cards immediately.
Meal plan balances do not carry over
from one semester to another.

No problem! Our Campus Dining Services Program can accommodate your special dietary requirements. For more information, please contact the General Manager, Cheryl King at (304) 696-3329.
One of our main goals is to provide a pleasant, clean, comfortable and satisfying dining experience. In order to meet this goal, we ask for your assistance with the following procedures:
- Please bus your tray and disposables from your table when you have finished dining
- Please refrain from taking food, dishes or utensils from the dining area.
- Remember that Meal Cards are non-transferable. Meal cards cannot be used by anyone but the purchaser.
